This was, at its inception, an agricultural building tucked away in the Temescal district – now a solidly urban area. In its most recent iteration it had been one of three residences on a single piece of property that had been used as a bit of a flop house. Scott Cameron and the Summerwood Company rearranged the homes on the lot, subdivided and renovated them. This lead to a property with unusual volumes and pleasing indoor outdoor vistas.
